Design Steps
Understanding Customer Requirements
This is the initial communication stage, during which the basic project requirements are identified. These include:
Material Characteristics: such as material name, particle size (D90), bulk density, true density, moisture content, material temperature, and material flowability. Conveying Requirements:such as capacity, pipeline material, material breakage rate, horizontal distance, vertical distance, number of bends, and specific requirements for curved pipes. Project Requirements:such as project location, project timeline, budget status, payment terms, need for on-site construction, explosion-proof requirements, and inert gas protection requirements.
Preliminary Plan Discussion
At this stage, an initial design plan is developed based on customer requirements, including:
Requesting the customer to provide site drawings or photos. Setting up an instant communication group for real-time discussions, with the possibility of remote site observation if necessary. Providing a preliminary plan (including basic layout, pipeline routing suggestions, and other parameters) for discussion. Important: Clearly defining the scope of responsibilities and construction areas for both parties, followed by signing a contract. Note: The construction scope generally includes the main equipment (such as pipelines, fans, valves, and control systems) and auxiliary facilities (steel structures, pipe supports, embedded parts, installation costs, control rooms, and other auxiliary facilities).
Project Design
We proceed with the actual project design, which may require multiple rounds of communication before finalizing the design. Once finalized, we provide the customer with a project construction plan and a comprehensive quote for the pneumatic conveying system.
The quote typically includes the pneumatic conveying system's core components, such as pipelines, fans, valves, and control systems. It excludes costs for on-site installation and auxiliary facility construction.
Project Implementation
After the design phase, the project will move into one of the following scenarios:
Design Only: Core components are neither procured nor installed. Design and Core Component Procurement: No on-site installation. Design, Component Procurement, and On-Site Installation.
Core Technologies

Solution
In the Field of Plastic Pellets
Pneumatic conveying achieves efficient and low - breakage transportation of pellets by precisely controlling air flow parameters, ensuring a stable supply of raw materials in all aspects of plastic production.
Chemical Powders
Pneumatic conveying takes advantage of its sealing properties to prevent powders from getting damp and leaking, and can flexibly achieve quantitative transportation and precise distribution of powders in complex process layouts.
Replace to Belt Conveyors and Bucket Elevators
Pneumatic conveying demonstrates higher reliability and cleanliness in material transportation, featuring fully enclosed transportation, no mechanical contact wear, and flexible long - distance arrangement.
We work hand in hand, committed to providing clients with comprehensive and high-quality pneumatic conveying solutions.
